TODAY the world joins fastly and there do not stay separated and unexplored corners. The threads of the economy interconnect the world, from the high financial towers up to the humblest of the huts. The communications of all kinds open windows in all directions, while thousands of million persons move for the skin of the planet looking for the fulfillment of his better hopes. The histories, the myths of every people, his questions about the life and his meaning are listened in all the languages and the cultures touch each other. The science and the knowledge have lit the ability to improve the life beyond what it was reached to dream in other epochs.

For the first time it is possible to achieve conditions of worthy life in what it does to nourishment, health, education, housing for the whole humanity …

But this possibility is not realized because the monstrous speculation of the financial power it prevents .

TODAY, still, the universal power of the money is imposed to the life generating violence and increasing inequality. For that it uses all the means that it possess: financiers, political and journalistic. Impoverished populations in wide striping of the planet break emigrating his youth to rich countries, where they will find the hell of the underemployment and other forms of slavery. The complex military industrial tackles bloody adventures characterized by the cruelty, the blindness and the stupidity, with disastrous consequences.

Through this difficult situation the human being crosses today. It is the complex crossroads of a system that globally is in crisis and that is not perfectible but leads to a progressive degradation of the life in the planet or to a way change and an essential transformation.

CULTURES AND IMMIGRATION IN EUROPE

The cultures that coexist in Europe are all the cultures of the world and the immigration is the principal way for this meeting has been produced.

The immigration is one of the important phenomena of our epoch and his role will turn out to be essential for the construction of the future. It is a response to the economic violence and the injustice in his place of origin and a contribution of work and culture in the countries to which it comes, though also here, in his destiny, there will face the violence or the humanity of the local people.

In the last twenty years there have been deepened the differences between rich and poor countries. This failure of the neoliberal economic model brings as consequence a migratory pressure that will continue growing while the current direction of the system lasts.

The economic European block is articulating for his countries members migratory politics and laws of Alienage which common factor is the attempt of "controlling" the flows, but he laks political intentions that could invert the process of increasing International inequality.

His technology is simple: to cut basic rights away to the immigrants who do not have certain documents, installing the fear of the expulsion for hundreds of thousands of persons by means of the discretionary application of the law.

His aim is evident too: to convert the complex world of the Immigration into a controlable reservation of frightened, cheap and submissive manpower. It is clear that those who legislate try to avoid a hypothetical avalanche of peoples who want to work, to eat, to live. And they suppose that they will remain calmly in their fields of the shortage, grazing tidily waiting for a visa. To guarantee that nothing leaves of this script they will use the police and military means, providing that it is necessary. This dehumanizing look, that sees the people as cattle, is the one that our leaders and those who govern our leaders have on one of the most important topics of our epoch. They do not have solutions for the immigration.

They do not also have solution those who do flag of the own values (race, nation, etc.) and they bark to banish the strangers. His project, at most, is that of a predator.

There are too the hypocrites, that practise the aesthetics of the tolerance, while his neighborhood does not change of color. They will not help very much in these times because his personal coherence is small and his project of future does not contain others.

Finally there are those who, affected in his good faith for the other people´s pain, think nevertheless that it is an isolated problem, a bad management of a "humanitarian" problem and they do not question the direction of the system that produces it.

What we want is not "possible" for them, because it is neither in his look nor in his project.
