1. To deepen the works and the themes that were formed in Prague that is:

1. Europe – European Constitution;

2. Cultures, Migrations and International Cooperation;

3. Anti-discrimination;

4. Non-Violence and Peace;

5. Social Rights; Health, Education and Culture;

6. Economy and Work;

7. Ecology and Environment;

8. Information and Media and Social Communication.

The participation in these areas will be useful for the interchange of experience, mutual support and development of positions (denouncements and proposals) that can inspire initiatives and joint campaigns. At the same time, each Area will be preparing and making a report about the situation in Europe with regards to the themes that were discussed in each Area; with all of these contributions a European Orange Book will be published, which will reflect the humanist denouncements and proposals for each theme.

It is urgent that we recognize the conflicts, the different forms of violence in each area in order to denounce them rapidly and to make It possible to give a non-violent response to them.

2. In addition to this major objective, we also want to approve the organization and the statutes of the European Regional.
